Project 52

So I decided the first week of the year that I really wanted to do the Project 52 this year. Project 52 is taking 1 picture a week, for myself and not for a photo shoot,  that goes along with a theme and then posting it to the group. Well I knew I really wanted to do it, but knew that I was going to have to start it late, since I had a lot going on. I am starting this week and I am going to post them on my blog as well as on the group, that way my friends, family and customers can see what I am shooting in my off time.   I also want to do this because it is going to challenge me so that I don't get stuck in a rut, and end up being bored with my pictures.
This weeks theme was Muse.  Well the one thing that has continually inspired me to take pictures over the last year in a half is what I decided was the best choice for this week.
Yep she loves being on the tractor, but she loves for people to be paying attention to her the most (waving into the grandstands and smiling the whole time)
I would love to read your comments each week and know what you think of my version of the theme, as well as your thoughts on the pictures I post.

Senior Photoshoot...... November 2010

What a fun time I had with these boys, I mean young men.  I had the privilege of shooting Senior pictures, but also being able to capture some pictures with his brother. They are such a great family and are such a joy to be around. I just love listening to them all talk with their beautiful South African accents.  Thanks for trying to teach me some words in afrikaans, even though the only one I can remember is those delicious cookies that I do love so much, oh yes also how to say "look".
I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

I love seeing how much they both Love music

This is one that so needs to be on a wall somewhere

What a great Smile

I just LOVE this picture, with the beautiful artwork from his home country on his shoes

Family Session... November 2010

I have to say, I love this family. It was such a blessing to take pictures of our Teaching pastors family. We had such a great time (well at least I did) and laughed a LOT, which is always to be expected when you are around them.  I have had the privilege of knowing them for many many years and have grown to love them more and more every year.
I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

I think this has Christmas card written all over it.
Look at those beautiful "Smiles"

If only I could see the dance again

What a beautiful Family
